Chemical Bunded Dosing Tanks

CHEM-BUND 110, 200, 340 and 600 litre and CHEM-BUND 110 chemical storage tanks and bund systems provide a solution when aggressive chemicals and environmentally sensitive products need to be stored within a bunded area.

CHEM-BUND with its unique design allows the bunded tanks to be positioned through a standard doorway making them an ideal solution for confined plant rooms or chemical dosing area where space is restricted.

High bund wall and volume plus 10% capacity gives absolute containment capacity while still enabling product levels to be visually monitored. Product level increments marked at every 25 litre give a clear indication as to how much product is being stored and eliminates costly and potentially leaking sight glasses.

Tanks can be supplied bare or optioned with fittings such as :

Fill line with shut off valve
Sub surface fill spear to eliminate frothing
Overflow / Vent Pipe
Outlet valve supplied as standard with viton seals
Lid and all closures supplied
Different coloured bundes to identify incompatible products
